Common use of Pediatric Wellness Clause in Contracts

Pediatric Wellness. If the Agency determines that the Wellness Contribution, or a portion thereof, is not needed for use in accordance with Section 2.2, the Wellness Contribution will be used to expand, develop, finance and/or create a center focused on the health and well being of children, youth and their families, which center may include the Southeast Health Center (the “Center for Youth Wellness”). Any Center for Youth Wellness will be developed with the assistance of the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, the Department of Public Health, and others with expertise in the field as determined by the Agency.
