Peer Review Recommendations. For all Peer Review Recommendations, KDMC shall implement the recommendation or provide a written explanation of why the recommendation was not implemented. KDMC shall engage the Peer Review Consultant to assist in the implementation of the Peer Review Recommendations, which assistance may include, but shall not be limited to, participating in meetings, trainings, and presentations, reviewing peer review files and other supporting documentation, and furnishing personnel to assist in peer review or otherwise serving as a resource to KDMC. The Peer Review Consultant may make additional Peer Review Recommendations in the course of his or her monitoring of the implementation of Peer Review Recommendations.
