Common use of PEG Access Operational Rules Clause in Contracts

PEG Access Operational Rules. The Issuing Authority and/or the PEG Access Designee shall establish rules and regulations that require all local producers and users of any of the PEG Access facilities or Channels to assume individual responsibility for any program-based liability including but not limited to liability for copyright infringement or defamation, and to hold the Issuing Authority, the Town and the Licensee harmless for same, subject to applicable Title VI and FCC requirements. The PEG Access Designee shall establish rules and regulations for use of PEG Access facilities consistent with, and as required by, Section 611 of the Communications Act (47 U.S.C. § 531) and this License.
