Penal Rates. Penal Time shall be paid at the following rates in addition to normal salary: From midnight Friday /Saturday to midday Saturday at half the normal hourly rate of pay (T-1/2) for the first three hours and at the normal hourly rate of pay (T1) thereafter. From midday Saturday to midnight Sunday/Monday at the normal hourly rate of pay (T1) In lieu of payment for overtime and penal time an annual allowance may be provided.
