Penal Time Rates. 8.2.1 Penal time is time (other than overtime) worked within the ordinary hours on a Saturday or Sunday or Public Holiday, or between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. Monday to Friday, and shall be paid as set out below in addition to normal salary.
