Penalties for working additional hours must be claimed by the Employee and approved by the Employer in advance and in writing. Penalties for working approved additional hours are paid at time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter for each subsequent hour worked. When calculating approved additional hours, each day's work shall stand alone.
