Penalty Provisions. Failure to comply with the regulatory requirements is a violation of state law that may result in penalties up to thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000.00 USD) for strict liability violations, twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00 USD) for entering false information, failing to keep any document; respectively, for each day in which the violation occurs and one thousand dollars ($1,000.00 USD) per deficit.
