Pending Contract to Purchase. If a Displaced Employee has entered into a contract to purchase a place of residence, but due to a Project must cancel that contract, the Railroad shall indemnify the Displaced Employee against any losses due to such cancellation, and shall relieve the Displaced Employee from any further obligation under the contract.
