Pending Legislation and Decisions. There is no amendment to the Constitution of the State, or to the knowledge of the Borrower, proposed amendment to the Constitution of the State that has passed either house of the legislature of the State or for which a petition with the requisite number of signatures has been filed with the Secretary of State of the State, or proposed amendment to any State law that has passed either house of the legislature of the State or for which a petition with the requisite number of signatures has been filed with the Secretary of State of the State, or any administrative interpretation of the Constitution of the State or any State law, or any legislation that has passed either house of the legislature of the State, or any judicial decision interpreting any of the foregoing, the effect of which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
