Common use of Pension and Welfare Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Pension and Welfare Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, --------------------------------- the Executive and/or his dependents, as the case may be, shall be eligible to participate in, subject to the terms and conditions thereof, all pension, profit sharing, medical, dental, disability, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs of Mattel as in effect from time to time.
