EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT AND PERQUISITES a. During the term of this Agreement, XxXxxxx shall be entitled to reimbursement of all reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him in the performance of his services to the Company consistent with corporate policies, if any, provided that the expenses are properly accounted for.
EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT AND PERQUISITES a.
