Common use of Pension Contribution Clause in Contracts

Pension Contribution. Effective May 12, 2013, each Employer shall contribute to the Millwright Regional Council of Ontario Benefit Trust Fund for the Millwright Pension Plan, six dollars and twenty-five cents ($6.25) per hour for each hour earned by each Employee; twelve dollars and fifty cents ($12.50) per hour shall be contributed for all overtime hours. Effective May 1, 2014, each Employer shall contribute six dollars and fifty cents ($6.50) per hour for each hour earned by each Employee; thirteen dollars and zero cents ($13.00) per hour shall be contributed for all overtime hours. Effective May 1, 2015, each Employer shall contribute seven dollars and zero cents ($7.00) per hour for each hour earned by each Employee; fourteen dollars and zero cents ($14.00) per hour shall be contributed for all overtime hours

Effective May 1, 20152012, each Employer shall contribute seven six dollars and zero cents ($7.006.00) per hour for each hour earned by each Employee; fourteen twelve dollars and zero cents ($14.0012.00) per hour shall be contributed for all overtime hours

Effective April 30, 2017, each Employer shall contribute seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per hour for each hour earned by each Employee; fifteen dollars and zero cents ($15.00) per hour shall be contributed for all overtime hours. Effective April 29, 2018, each Employer shall contribute seven dollars and seventy cents ($7.70) per hour for each hour earned by each Employee; fifteen dollars and forty cents ($15.40) per hour shall be contributed for all overtime hours

Effective May 1, 20152009, each Employer shall contribute seven five dollars and zero fifty cents ($7.005.50) per hour for each hour earned by each Employee; fourteen eleven dollars and zero cents ($14.0011.00) per hour shall be contributed for all overtime hours
