Pensions Plans. (F/T) (a) In addition to the Canada Pension Plan, every employee Employee shall join the Ontario Municipal Employee's's Retirement System. The Employer and the Employee shall make contributions in accordance with the provisions of the Plan. (b) In addition to the Canada Pension Plan, every Part-time Employee is being compensated in the wage rate for the other pension plan. (c) The Employer shall notify each Part-time Employee in writing when they become eligible to join/enter OMERS.
