Common use of PEPPOL AP SERVICES Clause in Contracts

PEPPOL AP SERVICES. The PEPPOL AP Provider is responsible for providing PEPPOL AP services in accordance with the minimum requirements prescribed by the relevant Technical Standards, as defined in Annex 4, and service specifications, as defined in Annex 3. This includes a mandatory requirement to provide send and/or receive capabilities for PEPPOL BIS relevant to the services they offer to customers, as well as ensuring that the PEPPOL Participants they service have send and/or receive capabilities for the relevant PEPPOL BIS. Furthermore the PEPPOL AP services shall comply with any additional requirements set forth in annex 5.
