Per Claim or Per Fax Award Option. This Settlement provides an option to submit a “simple” claim (subsection (a), below), which permits a single recovery for your claim, and a “proof” claim (subsection (b), below), which permits a recovery for each fax. In order to make a per fax recovery, you must attach some form of documentation (e.g., copies of the faxes, transmission data, or phone records) evidencing the receipt of the number of faxes you claim to have received. If you choose subsection (a) and are on the Fax List, you will receive a minimum of $100. If you choose subsection (b) and are on the Fax List and are able to submit some form of proof regarding the number of faxes received, you will receive a minimum of $100 x the number of faxes received.   • Grant Award On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in the aggregate maximum amount of up to Two Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($200,000.00) (the “Maximum Grant Amount”) to provide partial funding for the Project.

  • Pre-Award Costs Pre-award costs are those incurred prior to the effective date of the award directly pursuant to the negotiation and in anticipation of the award where such costs are necessary to comply with the proposed delivery schedule or period of performance. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall not be required to undertake any action which is inconsistent with its standard safety practices, its material and equipment specifications, its design criteria and construction procedures, its labor agreements, and Applicable Laws and Regulations. In the event the Connecting Transmission Owner reasonably expects that it will not be able to complete the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades by the specified dates, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall promptly provide written notice to the Developer and NYISO, and shall undertake Reasonable Efforts to meet the earliest dates thereafter.

  • PERFORMANCE PERIOD This Agreement shall be performed during the period which begins Oct 01 2020 and ends Sep 30 2022. All services under this Agreement must be rendered within this performance period, unless directly specified under a written change or extension provisioned under Article 14, which shall be fully executed by both parties to this Agreement.

  • Cash Option [ ] (a) The Employer may permit a Participant to elect to defer to the Plan, an amount not to exceed % of any Employer paid cash bonus made for such Participant for any year. A Participant must file an election to defer such contribution at least fifteen (15) days prior to the end of the Plan Year. If the Employee fails to make such an election, the entire Employer paid cash bonus to which the Participant would be entitled shall be paid as cash and not to the Plan.
