PER DIEM SICK LEAVE. As implemented in 2015, eligible per diem Employees shall receive California Paid Sick Leave (CPSL) benefits, consistent with the requirements of the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement – Office of Labor Commissioner Healthy Workplaces/Healthy Families Act of 2015.
