Per Household Assistance. The maximum MAPA assistance should not exceed $1,000/month per recipient for up to nine (9) months for a total aggregate mortgage payment assistance of $9,000. Reinstatement candidates will be eligible to receive a limited, one- time payment of up to $12,500. The combined maximum amount of MAPA assistance available to a qualified borrower is $21,500.
