Per Unit Royalty. In consideration for the rights and licenses granted to it under Section 3 above, for each copy of the Licensed WAS Technology distributed by Toshiba, Toshiba shall pay Wink the royalty set forth in Exhibit E. In addition, Toshiba shall pay Wink the royalties set forth in Exhibit E for distribution of manuals. All such royalties shall accrue upon shipment or other transfer by Toshiba.
Per Unit Royalty. The per unit royalty due under Section 9 of the ----------------- Agreement with respect to each Licensed Product shall be [*] unless otherwise set forth below with respect to a Licensed Product:
Per Unit Royalty. Per Unit Royalty. Conexant would pay to Intellon a per unit royalty in an amount equal to the mathematical ********** (i)**********; (ii) **********; and (iii) ********** for each Licensed Product Sold to any third party by Conexant. Portions of this agreement have been omitted and filed separately with the Commission pursuant to an application for confidential treatment under Rule 406. CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED
Per Unit Royalty. The per unit royalty due under Section 9 of the Agreement with respect to each Licensed Product shall be $7.00, unless otherwise set forth below with respect to a Licensed Product:

Per Unit Royalty. Licensee will pay WDT five thousand U.S. dollars ($5,000.00) for each Licensed Product delivered to a Customer of Licensee. The foregoing per-unit royalty does not apply to the Raytheon Opportunity.
Per Unit Royalty. Royalty Fees are to be applied on a non-recurring basis per Product unit per CP\3 architecture. Unit Volume Per Unit Royalty 1-5k $66.00 Thereafter $20.00 Payment of the royalties shall be made quarterly, shall be due forty-five (45) days following the end of Licensee's fiscal quarter to which they relate and shall be submitted with a written statement certifying the number of Products sold and showing the calculation of the royalties due. A network probe Product shall be deemed a single unit of Product for purposes of royalty payments hereunder.
Per Unit Royalty. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Article 5 and in consideration for the rights and licenses granted to Pixel under Article 3 above, Pixel shall pay to XLI the following royalties upon Pixel, its Affiliates or Distributors' sale of an Integrated IC to an End User or an OEM:
5.1.1 Digital Modulator Feature IC. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for each Digital Modulator Feature IC sold by Pixel, its Affiliates or Distributors to an End User or an OEM; and
5.1.2 Multiple Feature IC. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for each Multiple Feature IC sold by Pixel, its Affiliates or Distributors to an End User or an OEM. For avoidance of doubt, no royalty shall be due hereunder with respect to transfer of an Integrated IC by or on behalf of Pixel to its Affiliates or Distributors for resale (unless such transfer is a revenue recognition event for Pixel), provided however the royalty shall be due upon sale of such an Integrated IC to an End User or OEM.
