Common use of PERA LIABILITY Clause in Contracts

PERA LIABILITY. The Agency shall reimburse the City for the full amount of any employer contribution required to be paid by the City to the Public Employees’ Retirement Association (“PERA”) for salary or other compensation paid to a PERA retiree performing contracted services under this Agreement. The Agency shall fill out the questionnaire attached as Exhibit A and submit the completed form to the City as part of the signed Agreement.

The Agency Manager shall reimburse the City Owner for the full amount of any employer contribution required to be paid by the City of Pueblo to the Public Employees’ Retirement Association (“PERA”) for salary or other compensation paid to a PERA retiree performing contracted services for the Owner under this Agreement. The Agency completed PERA form shall fill out the questionnaire be attached as Exhibit A and submit the completed form to the City as part of the this signed Agreement.

The Agency Operator shall fill out the questionnaire attached as Exhibit A D and submit the completed form to the City as part of the signed Agreement.
