Performance and Payment Bonding Requirements (Construction. The Contractor shall be required to obtain performance and payment bonds as follows: (a) Performance Bonds 1. The penal amount of performance bonds shall be 100 percent of the original Agreement price, unless the TJPA determines that a lesser amount would be adequate for the protection of the TJPA. 2. The TJPA may require additional performance bond protection when an Agreement price is increased. The increase in protection shall generally equal 100 percent of the increase in Agreement price. The TJPA may secure additional protection by directing the Contractor to increase the penal amount of the existing bond or to obtain an additional bond.

If the original Agreement price is $5 Million or less, the TJPA may require additional protection, as required by subparagraph 1, if the Agreement price is increased.

If the Contract price is $5 million or less, PSTA may require additional protection as required by (d)(ii)(A) if the Contract price is increased.

  • Performance and Payment Bond Contractor shall post with County, not later than ten (10) days of the execution of this Agreement, a performance and payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total lump sum price in such form as is satisfactory to County. The bond shall be executed by a corporate surety company duly authorized and admitted to do business in the State of Texas and licensed to issue such a bond in the State of Texas.

  • Performance and Payment Bonds The authority and responsibility for requesting performance and payment bonds shall rest with the Customer. Under this Contract, the Customer issuing the purchase order may request a performance and payment bond, as deemed necessary by the size of the job.   • Performance Requirements A. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work which will be ordered under this Contract. B. The total Contract amount will not exceed $4,900,000. C. This is a Contract for work specified in individual Job Orders. Work or performance shall be made only as authorized by Job Orders issued in accordance with the ordering procedures clause. The Contractor agrees to furnish to the County when and if ordered, the supplies or services specified in the Contract up to and including the quantity designated in the Job Orders issued as the maximum designated in the Contract.

  • Training Requirements Grantee shall: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS; B. Appropriately budget funds in order to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure that staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met; and C. Ensure that staff hired for HIV and syphilis testing are trained to perform blood draws within three (3) months of employment.

  • Performance and Compliance Purchaser shall have performed all of the covenants and complied, in all material respects, with all the provisions required by this Agreement to be performed or complied with by it on or before the Closing.
