Performance Assurance Reports. 16.13.1 The CDSP shall publish such reports as are in accordance with the requirements (including as regards content, timing, frequency, format and medium) of the Performance Assurance Report Registers. 16.13.2 The CDSP shall ensure it makes available such data and information in such manner as the Performance Assurance Committee may reasonably require for the purposes of it performing its functions in accordance with this paragraph 16.
