Incident Communications. 5.13.1 The Transporter shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after the occurrence of any of the incidents referred to in paragraph 5.13.2 below (subject always to any obligations of confidentiality and to any obligations (whether pursuant to any Legal Requirement or otherwise) which the Transporter may reasonably determine have a higher priority in the event of an incident) provide to relevant Users such information regarding the incident as is set out in the document entitled ‘Schedule for Shipper Communications in Incidents of CO Poisoning, Gas Fire/ Explosions and Local Gas Supply Emergency’ as such document may from time to time be amended by the Transporters upon notice to Users (the “Shipper Incident Communication Procedure”). 5.13.2 The incidents referred to in paragraph 5.13.1 above are: (a) explosions or fires due to an escape of gas; (b) incidents involving death or major injury due to carbon monoxide poisoning from gas; and (c) incidents resulting in a failure to supply more than 250 System Exit Points at any one time, in each case as more particularly described and defined in the Shipper Incident Communication Procedure. 5.13.3 The Shipper Incident Communication Procedure shall contain the methods by which a User may obtain the information set out therein.

Incident Communications. All problems with Intelius provided services may be reported to Intelius Network Operations Center using the contact information set forth in Section II. A description of the issue should be reported through the Intelius Network Operations Center email contact. Critical issues and after hours issues may also be simultaneously escalated by sending a message to the Intelius NOC pager contact.

  • Notices and Communications Any legal notice under this Agreement shall be in writing to the other party at such address as the other party may designate from time to time for the receipt of such legal notice and shall be deemed to be received on the earlier of the date actually received or on the fourth day after the postmark if such legal notice is mailed first class postage prepaid. In relation to communications other than legal notices under this Agreement, each party may communicate with and provide information to the other party in whatever medium deemed appropriate. This may include the use of e-mail, the internet or other electronic means, in the place of paper communications. The parties acknowledge that instructions or communications conveyed by electronic methods such as facsimile or e-mail are not secure forms of communication and may accordingly give rise to higher risks of manipulation or attempted fraud.

  • Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.

  • Notices and Communication Any notice or other communication that either party gives relating to the purchase of the Products by the Company shall be made in writing and given either by hand, first class recorded postal delivery, or electronic mail to a previously designated authorized individual or facsimile transmission.
