Performance Categories. (a) The number and extent to which any PSUs granted herein may be delivered to the Grantee pursuant to this Agreement shall be based upon the extent to which either or all of the performance categories (the “Performance Categories”) below are met. The total number of target PSUs granted herein and eligible for vesting shall be divided equally among the following two Performance Categories:
Performance Categories. TTM Supplier Scorecards are broken into 4 categories / subgroups: DPPM Review Corrective Actions Cost competitiveness, payment terms On Time Delivery, Product Lead Time, Timeliness of Order Acknowledgement Availability of replenishment programs, such as Consignment agreement, Vendor Managed Inventory, etc. Technology Development Technical Support & Responsiveness
Performance Categories. There are two Performance Categories:
(a) Technical Support, relating to the resolution of Incident Tickets; and
(b) Software Availability, relating to the availability of the Software. Each Performance Category has a specified Target Performance Level.
Performance Categories. Executive shall be eligible to receive Performance Bonus Compensation based upon the Company’s performance in the following Performance Categories:
(1) California Education Sales; (2) Florida Education Sales; (3) All Other Sales; and (4) EBITDA.
