Performance Frameworks. The School's academic, organizational, and financial performance under this Charter Contract shall be evaluated using the Academic, Organizational, and Financial Performance Frameworks, respectively, attached as Exhibit B to this Charter Contract. The specific terms, forms, and requirements of the Performance Frameworks, including any required indicators, measures, metrics, and targets, are maintained and disseminated by the Commission and shall be binding on the School. Material changes to the Performance Frameworks shall require approval by the Commission.

Performance Frameworks. 4.1.1. Consistent with the requirements of Sec. 302D-16(a), HRS, the School's academic performance under this Contract shall be evaluated based on the School's record of performance according to the State accountability system as may be amended from time to time consistent with State and federal requirements and shall give due consideration to the School's performance based on any Commission-approved school-specific indicators adopted by the School.
4.1.2. The School's organizational and financial performance under this Contract shall be evaluated using the Organizational and Financial Performance Frameworks, respectively, attached as Exhibit B to this Contract. Performance Frameworks. By October 31 of the school year in which any school first commences instruction, the Charter Governing Board shall ensure that such school creates a Performance Framework, which plan upon its completion shall be incorporated into the

These documents together set forth the academic and operational performance indicators and performance targets that will guide the Commission’s evaluation of the School and the criteria, processes and procedures that the Commission will use for ongoing oversight of operational, financial and academic performance of the School.

Material changes to the Performance Frameworks shall require approval by the Commission.
1. The Commission will monitor and annually report on the School’s progress as set out in the Performance Frameworks.
2. The evaluation of the School under the Performance Frameworks shall provide guidance for the Commission to renew, revoke, terminate or take other action on the Charter Contract.
3. The Commission reserves the right to amend the Charter School Performance Frameworks set out in Exhibit “B”. The School will be required to comply with any amendments of the Charter School Performance Frameworks.
4. If the School does not meet the performance standards in the Performance Frameworks, it may receive a Notice of Concern pursuant to Section 17.7.
5. Failure to meet or make substantial progress toward meeting the performance standards may be sufficient justification to revoke or non-renew the School’s Charter.
6. The Commission is not required to allow the school the opportunity to remedy the problem if unsatisfactory review warrants revocation.
