Performance Management Schemes. 85.1 If either party identifies issues of concern with the operation of any existing performance management scheme in the Agency, the parties will consult on these issues. 85.2 The parties will consult on any proposed changes to existing performance management schemes in the Agency. 85.3 The parties will consult on the development of any new performance management schemes to apply in the Agency.
