Common use of Performance of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Performance of Agreement. All covenants, conditions, and other obligations under this Agreement and the Related Agreements which are to be performed or complied with by Purchaser, as the case may be, including Board of Directors and shareholder approval, as applicable, shall have been fully performed and complied with at or prior to the Closing Date.
