REMOVAL OF EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS. If any of CONSULTANT's officers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors or sub-consultants is determined by the CITY Representatives to be uncooperative, incompetent, a threat to the adequate or timely performance of the tasks assigned to CONSULTANT, a threat to persons or property, or if any of CONSULTANT's officers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors or sub- consultants fail or refuse to perform the Work in a manner acceptable to the CITY, such officer, employee, agent, contractor, sub-consultant or sub-consultant shall be promptly removed by CONSULTANT and shall not be re-assigned to perform any of the Work.

  • Notification of Employees A. Written notice of layoff shall be given to an employee or sent by mail to the last known mailing address at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the layoff.
