Common use of Performance of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Performance of Agreement. All covenants, conditions and other ------------------------ obligations under this Agreement which are to be performed or complied with by Buyer shall have been fully performed and complied with, or waived by Sellers at or prior to the Closing.

Performance of Agreement. All covenants, conditions conditions, and other ------------------------ obligations under this Agreement and the Related Agreements which are to be performed or complied with by Buyer the Purchaser, shall have been fully performed and complied with, or waived by Sellers compiled within all material respects at or prior to the Time of Closing, including the delivery of the instruments and documents in accordance with Section 7.3 hereof.
