Common use of Performance of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Performance of Agreement. All covenants, conditions and other obligations under this Agreement which are to be performed or complied with by Sellers and Bekins shall have been fully performed and complied with on or prior to the Closing Date including, without limitation, the delivery of the fully executed instruments and documents in accordance with Section 6.2.

Performance of Agreement. All covenants, conditions and other obligations under this Agreement which are to be performed or complied with by Sellers and Bekins Purchaser at or prior to the Time of Closing shall have been fully performed and complied with on or prior to the Closing Date includingwith, without limitation, including the delivery of the fully executed instruments and documents in accordance with Section 6.26.3.

Performance of Agreement. Performance of Agreement. All covenants, conditions and other obligations under this Agreement which are to be performed or complied with by Sellers and Bekins Seller on or before the Closing Date shall have been fully performed and complied with in all respects on or prior to before the Closing Date including, without limitation, the delivery of the fully executed instruments and documents in accordance with Section 6.2Date.

Performance of Agreement. All covenants, conditions and other obligations under this Agreement which are to be performed or complied with by Sellers the Companies and Bekins the Shareholders shall have been fully performed and complied with in all material respects on or prior to the Closing Date including, without limitation, the delivery of (i) the certificates of all outstanding shares of common stock of the Companies pursuant to the terms of, and as more fully set forth in, Section 1.1 and (ii) fully executed instruments and documents in accordance with Section 6.2this Agreement.
