Common use of Performance of Certain Work Clause in Contracts

Performance of Certain Work. Unless mutually agreed otherwise by the affected local parties, when the Society secures contract training work for an institution with local parties to this Agreement, that work will be delivered by bargaining unit members covered by and in accordance with this Agreement at the institution. The allocation of work arising from a CTM contract will respect established practice and the jurisdictions established by local collective agreements, including collective agreements covering employees not covered by this Agreement. Allocation of work to employees other than bargaining unit members covered by this Agreement will occur only with the written agreement of the local parties.
