PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACT TO EXCLUDE INSURANCE COST. 50 Compensation payable to Contractor for the performance of the Work shall include all costs of insurance as it relates to the coverage required of the Contractor described and provided in this Article 11. Costs for overlapping insurance coverage maintained by Contractor shall not be reimbursable.
