Common use of Performance of Operative Agreements Clause in Contracts

Performance of Operative Agreements. The parties hereto (other than the Investors or the Lenders) shall have performed in all material respects their respective agreements contained herein and in the other Operative Agreements on or prior to each such Closing Date; and

Performance of Operative Agreements. The parties hereto (other than the Investors Investor or the Lenders) shall have performed in all material respects their respective agreements contained herein and in the other Operative Agreements on or prior to each such Closing Funding Date; and;

Performance of Operative Agreements. The parties hereto (other than the Investors Initial Purchaser or the LendersCertificate Holders) shall have performed in all material respects their respective agreements contained herein and in the other Operative Agreements on or prior to each such Closing the Release Date (to the extent required to be performed prior to the Release Date; and);
