Common use of Performance of Other Services Clause in Contracts

Performance of Other Services. As a part of this Contract, it is understood that Contractor is free to provide services outside this Contract as it sees fit at those times which Contractor is not obligated to County. It is also understood that County is free to have more than one contractor providing the type of services included in this Contract and County is under no obligation to refer any case to Contractor for services under this Contract.
