Common use of Performance of Replacements Clause in Contracts

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable similar properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the applicable Individual Property is located, and to keep the each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable first class, full service retail properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the respective Individual Property is located, and to keep the each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (ag) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable office properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the respective Individual Property is located, and to keep the each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deterioratingdeteriorating (other than ordinary wear and tear), unless a Tenant is required to make such Replacements pursuant to the terms of its Lease. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

(a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties first class, full service hotels in the same market segment and under the same franchisor in the metropolitan geographic area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

(a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties first class, mixed use retail and self-storage facilities in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties first class, full service hotels in the same market segment and under the same franchisor in the metropolitan geographic area in which the respective Individual Property is located, and to keep the each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

(a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in good condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is locatedrepair, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

(a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties of type, quality and size in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the respective Individual Property is located, and to keep the each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete or cause to be completed all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties the condition and repair such retail banking property was in on the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is locatedClosing Date, and to keep the each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

(a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties first class, full service hotels in the same market segment and under the same franchisor in the metropolitan area in which the respective Individual Property is located, and to keep the each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

(a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties hotels in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make or cause to be made Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties first class offices and warehouses in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deterioratingdeteriorating in any material respect. Borrower shall complete or cause to be completed all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties hotels in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the respective Individual Property is located, and to keep the each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

(a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in good condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

(a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable first class, full service retail properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property Properly or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

(a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties first class, full service retail shopping centers in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in good condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deterioratingdeteriorating consistent with the requirements of the Management Agreement. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

(a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties first class, full service hotels in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

(a) Borrower and Property Owner shall make Replacements each Replacement when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in good order, condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is locatedrepair, and to keep the each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable practicable, subject to force majeure delay, following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties similar to the Property in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the respective Individual Property is located, and to keep the each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties first class, full service office centers in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable first class, full service hotel properties in the same market segment and under the same franchisor in the metropolitan area in which the respective Individual Property is located, as may be required from time to time by the applicable Franchisor pursuant to the applicable Franchise Agreement, and to keep the each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

(a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable first class, office properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable similar retail properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the applicable Individual Property is located, and to keep the each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as is reasonably practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties first class, self-storage facilities in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower Borrowers shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the each Individual Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable first class, full service multifamily properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the respective Individual Property is located, and to keep the each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower Borrowers shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable first class, full service office/industrial/manufacturing properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.

Performance of Replacements.
