Performance on a Non-Business Day. If any payment is required hereunder on a day that is not a Business Day, then such payment shall be due on the next succeeding Business Day, unless, in the case of payments based on the Eurodollar Rate, the result of such extension would be to extend such payment into another calendar month, in which event such payment shall be made on the immediately preceding Business Day.
