Performance or Compliance Audits. The Department may conduct or have conducted performance and/or compliance audits of the Contractor and subcontractors as determined by the Department. Performance or Compliance Audits. The Department may conduct or have conducted performance and/or compliance audits of the Contractor and subcontractors as determined by the Department.
