PERFORMANCE STANDARDS FOR STATE FUNDED PROGRAMS. 1.6.1. The Department reserves the right to adjust the contract during the contract period if an analysis of the following Performance Standards reveals that the Contractor is not likely to earn all contract funds allocated. 1.6.1.1. Minimum Number of Persons to be Served 1.6.1.1.1. The Contractor shall serve one hundred percent (100%) of the number of unduplicated persons to be served with the enrollment authorizations allocated in the contract for that program area and specified in the Allocation Worksheet at the end of the contract period.
