Member Months. This report details the member months associated with the NHD Program and All Other Lines of Business by county. Provide total member months by county for the NHD Program column and the All Other column (include all other lines-of-business) for the current quarter and contract year-to-date. The total column will calculate automatically. A member month is equivalent to one person for whom the Contractor has received capitation revenue for one month.
