Performance Verification Plan. In order to assure the necessary fiscal responsibility consistent with sound program management, alternatively financed UESCs should include a plan for continued action during the contract to assure continued accomplishment of expected performance (this is referred to as a Performance Assurance or Performance Verification Plan).
