Common use of Performing Work at Home Clause in Contracts

Performing Work at Home. An Employee who is required to perform work resulting from a phone call from the workplace, but does not involve a return to the workplace, shall be paid at regular rates of pay for each hour or portion thereof worked, for a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour. This provision does not apply for phone calls occurring within two (2) hours of the start of a minimum call back in accordance with Article 11.13 – Rate of Pay for Call Back.
