Common use of Period of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Period of Agreement. This Agreement begins upon execution by both Parties (the “Effective Date”) and ends thirty-six (36) months after execution by XXX, unless otherwise terminated as provided in this Agreement. DEO shall not grant any extension of this Agreement unless Subrecipient provides justification satisfactory to DEO in its sole discretion and XXX’s Director of the Division of Community Development approves such extension.
