Period of the Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective when signed by the last party whose signing makes the Agreement fully executed. This Agreement shall remain in effect until the Project is completed or unless terminated as provided below.
Period of the Agreement. The period of this LPAFA is as stated in the Master Agreement, without exception.

Period of the Agreement. 5.1. I declare that I am aware that the authorization contained in this Housing Agreement is granted to me temporarily and for a limited period and under the following terms:
5.1.1. The authorization is granted to me solely on the basis that I am a student at the University or any other academic institution whose students are entitled to reside in the dormitories in accordance with an agreement between the Hebrew University and the academic institution, or in accordance with special permission, and only for as long as I continue to be a student at the University or another academic institution and subject to the information I furnished to the University in my application for temporary permission to use the dormitories and the provisions set forth in this Housing Agreement and the Regulations.
5.1.2. The authorization is granted to me for the period specified in the preamble to this Housing Agreement and subject to the consent of the University and at its sole discretion, and subject to undertaking all my obligations in accordance with this Housing Agreement and the Regulations.
5.1.3. I am aware that notwithstanding all of that is stated in this Housing Agreement and the Regulations, the University may instruct me to withdraw from this authorization and/or revoke this Housing Agreement at ant time at its sole discretion, whether prior to the commencement of the period of the Agreement or during this period, subject to the decision of the University’s Emergency Committee requiring no admission of students to dormitories, or evictions from the dorms, or any other decision made by the University authorities regarding the termination of the authorization to use the dorms.
Period of the Agreement a. The period/term of the agreement for the E-Cars/E-Vehicles shall be as follows:
Period of the Agreement. This document covers the period 1 August 2017 to 31 July 2018. Towards the end of this period we will review and revise it as necessary.
Period of the Agreement a. The period/term of the agreement for the E-Cars/E-Vehicles shall be as follows: • Tata Tigor EV/Mahindra eVerito: This agreement shall be valid for a period of 6 (six) years from the date of delivery of the E-Car to the CLIENT or the payment of 72 monthly lease rentals to the CLIENT after the delivery of the entire set of E-Cars to the CLIENT. • Tata Nexon EV/Hyundai KONA Electric/MG ZS EV: This agreement shall be valid for a period of 8 (eight) years from the date of delivery of the E-Car to the CLIENT or the payment of 96 monthly lease rentals to the CLIENT after the delivery of the entire set of E-Cars to the CLIENT.
b. Upon termination of this agreement by efux of time or otherwise under the terms of this agreement, the CLIENT shall on its own, without any demand and on at its cost and expense, forthwith return and deliver to ANERT the E-Cars/E-Vehicles in good, proper and running condition. In case of default by the CLIENT, ANERT shall be entitled to take possession of the E-Cars/E-Vehicles from the premises of the CLIENT or from wherever the said vehicles are found kept and all expenses in this regard shall be realized from the CLIENT.
Period of the Agreement. 2.1. The agreement commences when your application is accepted by us.
2.2. For contracts other than fixed period contracts, the agreement will continue until it is terminated by either party on 30 days notice or otherwise in accordance with the agreement.
2.3. For fixed period contracts, the agreement will continue:
(a) for the minimum contract period referred to in your application or in the service description or plan brochure; or
(b) until it is terminated in accordance with clause 12.
2.4. If neither you nor we cancel the agreement at the end of the fixed period contract, we will continue to supply the service to you on a month- to-month basis.
2.5. If we will not continue to provide the service to you at the end of the fixed-period contract or if we wish to change the terms of the agreement, including charges, we will inform you of this at least 30 days before the end of the fixed period contract.
Period of the Agreement. (a) This Agreement shall be in full force and effect until and including the 31st day of March, 1961, subject to written notice by either of the parties to the other sixty (60) days prior to the anniversary date of a desire to reopen this Agreement. A copy of the proposed changes in the conditions shall be given to the other party not later than thirty (30) days after the date of notification to re-open the above conditions. In the event that notice to amend this Agreement is not served by either party sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, and changes sub mitted in accordance with the thirty (30) days provision mentioned above, this Agreement shall be deemed to be renewed from year to year thereafter, subject to sixty
