Common use of Period of Continued Employment Clause in Contracts

Period of Continued Employment. During the period (if any) following a Change in Control that Executive continues to be employed by Macromedia or any successor entity, then the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, and Executive shall continue to vest in his outstanding stock awards pursuant to the terms and provisions set forth in the agreements governing such stock awards.
