Common use of Period of Disability Clause in Contracts

Period of Disability. The Parties agree that, insofar as this Agreement is concerned, the period of disability shall be deemed to have started as of the first day of disability or inability irrespective of when it is finally determined that the disability for purposes hereof exists.
