Common use of Period of Employment Clause in Contracts

Period of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement will commence as of the date hereof and shall continue through March 31, 2007, subject to extension or termination as provided in this Agreement ("Period of Employment"). On each anniversary of the commencement of the Period of Employment, the period of Executive's employment shall be extended for additional one (1) year periods, unless either party gives notice thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration of the then current period of employment of such party's intent not to extend the Period of Employment.

Period of Employment. The employment of Executive by the Corporation pursuant to this Agreement shall be for a period (sometimes referred to herein as the “period of Executive's employment under this Agreement will commence as of employment”) beginning on the date hereof and shall continue through March 31continuing, 2007, subject to extension or termination unless sooner terminated as provided in this Agreement Section 6 herein, through December 31, 2003; provided, however, that on each December 31, commencing with December 31, 2003, such period of employment shall automatically be extended for an additional year unless ninety ("Period of Employment"). On each anniversary of 90) days prior thereto either party hereto has given written notice to the commencement of the Period of Employment, other that such party does not wish to extend the period of Executive's employment shall be extended for additional one (1) year periods, unless either party gives notice thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration of the then current period of employment of such party's intent not to extend the Period of Employmentemployment.

Upon the expiration of the date hereof and shall continue through March 31, 2007, subject to extension or termination as provided in this Agreement ("Period of Employment"). On each anniversary of the commencement of the Period of Employmentinitial period, the period of Executive's employment shall will be automatically extended for additional one (1) year periods12 consecutive month periods thereafter, unless either party gives provides 120 days prior written notice thirty (30) days in advance of to the expiration of the then current period of employment of such party's intent other party that it does not wish to extend the Period of EmploymentExecutive's employment period beyond its then present term.

Period of Employment. The employment of the Executive by the Corporation pursuant to this Agreement shall be for a period (sometimes referred to herein as the “period of Executive's employment under this employment”) beginning on the 2007 Agreement will commence as of the date hereof Effective Date and shall continue through March 31continuing, 2007, subject to extension or termination unless sooner terminated as provided in this Agreement ("Period of Employment"). On each Section 6 herein, until midnight on the day immediately preceding the fifth anniversary of the commencement of the Period of Employment, the period of Executive's employment shall be extended for additional one (1) year periods, unless either party gives notice thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration of the then current period of employment of such party's intent not to extend the Period of Employment.2007 Agreement Effective

Period of Employment. The period of Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement will commence as of the date hereof and shall continue through March December 31, 20072019. Commencing on December 31, subject to extension or termination as provided in this Agreement ("Period of Employment"). On 2019 and each anniversary of the commencement of thereafter, the Period of Employment, Employment (as defined in the period next sentence of Executive's employment the Agreement) shall automatically be extended for additional one (1) additional year periodsunless, unless not later than ninety (90) days prior to such anniversary, either party gives notice thirty (30) days hereto shall have notified the other party hereto in advance of the expiration of the then current writing that such extension shall not take effect or unless otherwise terminated as provided herein. The period of Executive’s employment of such party's intent not with Company is referred to extend in this Agreement as the “Period of Employment.”

Period of Employment. The employment of the Executive by the Corporation pursuant to this Agreement shall be for a period (sometimes referred to herein as the “period of Executive's employment under this employment”) beginning on the Agreement will commence as of the date hereof Effective Date and shall continue through March 31continuing, 2007, subject to extension or termination unless sooner terminated as provided in this Agreement ("Period of Employment"). On each anniversary of the commencement of the Period of EmploymentSection 6 herein, the period of Executive's employment shall be extended for additional one (1) year periodsuntil midnight on February 8, unless either party gives notice thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration of the then current period of employment of such party's intent not to extend the Period of Employment2012.

Period of Employment. The period of Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement will commence as of the date hereof and shall continue through March December 31, 20072016. Commencing on December 31, subject to extension or termination as provided in this Agreement ("Period of Employment"). On 2016 and each anniversary of the commencement of thereafter, the Period of Employment, Employment (as defined in the period next sentence of Executive's employment the Agreement) shall automatically be extended for additional one (1) additional year periodsunless, unless not later than ninety (90) days prior to such anniversary, either party gives notice thirty (30) days in advance of hereto shall have notified the expiration of the then current other party hereto that such extension shall not take effect. The period of Executive’s employment of such party's intent not with Company is referred to extend in this Agreement as the “Period of Employment.”

On each anniversary of 60) days prior thereto either party hereto has given written notice to the commencement of the Period of Employment, other that such party does not wish to extend the period of Executive's employment shall be extended for additional one (1) year periods, unless either party gives notice thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration of the then current period of employment of such party's intent not to extend the Period of Employmentemployment.
