Period of support. 9.10.1. The Support Services shall commence on the Effective Date and shall endure for the term of this Agreement. 9.10.2. The Customer shall not move any supported item reflected in Schedule 1 either from one Site to another Site or within the same building or between different buildings without the prior written consent of IQ Retail, as such can affect the ability of IQ Retail to support it. IQ Retail shall have the right to vary the Support Fee or to terminate support in respect of such item or items.
