PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT. 11.1. The present Agreement comes into force on the day when an individual or a legal entity, that is a user of the Local operator has effected the acceptance of the present public offer, in the order, covered by Article 3, and is considered concluded for an indefinite period of time.
