Periodic Payments. We shall periodically pay you interest in the amounts specified in the Schedule as Periodic Payments, on the dates specified, including the Maturity Payout. Such payment amounts are adjusted to reflect any other payment payable under this part. The interest factor used in making such adjustments is the Guaranteed Rate.
