Permanent and Stationary Determination. If the City determines that the employee’s disability from performing the full scope of the usual and customary duties of the employee’s classification is permanent and stationary, then the City may, in accordance with applicable law, retire the employee or otherwise separate the employee from the City’s service or from the employee’s classification.
