Permanent Employees (except Non Standard Workers). Where full or part time Employees are ordinarily, or would otherwise have ordinarily been, rostered to work on a public holiday in clause 4.4.1 or a Substituted Day in accordance with clause 4.4.2 but are not required to work in accordance with a request in clause 4.4.4(a), the Employee may take the day off without loss of pay.
